It was 2 huge trucks + 8 men project and EQ was able to provide me with a bargain price offer compared to the other companies(ended up almost twice cheaper in the end then the other quotes). Company took great care while disassembling/ reassembling our furniture and everything was done in a single business day, which was astonishing due to the size of the project. These guys were fabulous from the moment of setting up an appointment and until the very last minute of the move. I usually don’t post reviews but I was deeply impressed by the job they did for us. EQ moved us all the way to Austin, TX from Staten Island, NY. These guys were not the cheapest but rather unique in the service they offered. They do not subcontract any long haulers or any other companies to finish the long distance move. The crew disassembled, delivered and reassembled an entire 3-bedroom house. We know that unexpected changes can happen over the days leading to your scheduled move. If you need to change your move date, call us as early as possible and we will reschedule. We’re always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you’ll have a hassle-free moving experience.
We are a fully insured moving company and rest assured that all your possessions are covered. We will take full accountability if we are the ones responsible for the damage. Nevertheless, we guarantee careful handling to prevent any issues on your move.
We don’t carry pets inside our moving trucks. This is for their safety since moving trucks are enclosed and have limited ventilation for your furry friend. As much as possible, you should move your pets in your car alongside you.
We can include your jewelry and other expensive items in our moving truck. However, make sure that you inform us ahead, so our movers can prepare the packing materials. We also provide specialized moves if you want to transport a large collection of expensive jewelry items.
We will handle everything during your move, so you don’t have to exert any effort. Still, we need you or an authorized person to welcome our movers to your old place to sign some documents. You can also stick around if you want to see our movers in action or if you have special requests.
