My current building and the new building require certificates of insurance before the move. Can you provide this, and is there any additional cost?
Certificate of Insurance (if required) will be submitted to your building before the move. $40 charge per certificate /per property will apply.
My building that I am moving out of does not require notice of insurance. Do I still need to have the paperwork filled out/pay $40 fee?
No, there is no fee as long as a Certificate of Insurance is not required.
Are you able to breakdown and reassemble furniture during the move?
Yes, our disassembly and reassembly service is free.
When do you collect the payment?
We usually collect full payment an hour before completion of the project.
Do you need a deposit of any kind?
No, we don’t require deposits.
Do you offer a discount if paying in cash? If not what credit cards do you accept?
Check with your sales person about discount on cash payments. We accept Visa or Master card.
How does insurance work for the move? I assume is probably some general/limited coverage included, but is there an option for additional coverage, can you please let me know the cost for that?
Standard 30 cents per pound / per article for local or 60 cents per pound per article for interstate is included with each move automatically. For additional coverage and pricing you may refer to www.movinginsurance.com

When they arrived, they disassembled my current bed, assembled the new with absolutely no problem. Professional, efficient, straightforward and excellent communicators.
I will hire them again (and request the same crew!) when I move next month.

Ahead of the move, Sergei reached out with all the costs, policies, and timing in a very clear manner, and there was no surprises come move day. For the move itself, Evgenii and Vlad assisted me and they were great! They showed up on time, we’re very efficient with the move, and took great care while moving my furniture.

It was 2 huge trucks + 8 men project and EQ was able to provide me with a bargain price offer compared to the other companies(ended up almost twice cheaper in the end then the other quotes). These guys were fabulous from the moment of setting up an appointment and until the very last minute of the move. I usually don’t post reviews but I was deeply impressed by the job they did for us. EQ moved us all the way to Austin, TX from Staten Island, NY. These guys were not the cheapest but rather unique in the service they offered. They do not subcontract any long haulers or any other companies to finish the long distance move. The crew disassembled, delivered and reassembled an entire 3-bedroom house.
