Unlike other companies, we will not charge you based on the duration of your move. We calculate your flat rate fees and lock them in before your move. This means you’ll pay the same fee even if our trucks got caught in traffic or the weather slows down your move.
We will not charge you for how long your move takes in Queens, which means you’ll have full control over your moving expenses.

Ahead of the move, Sergei reached out with all the costs, policies, and timing in a very clear manner, and there was no surprises come move day. For the move itself, Evgenii and Vlad assisted me and they were great! They showed up on time, we’re very efficient with the move, and took great care while moving my furniture.

This is the 4th time I’ve used EQ movers and I had a great experience with Yevgeni and Vlad. Arrived on time to both locations, and picked up the furniture I purchased in a timely manner (even earlier than expected!).
When they arrived, they disassembled my current bed, assembled the new with absolutely no problem. Professional, efficient, straightforward and excellent communicators.

Crew helped me recently with moving commercial space within NYC. I m super satisfied with the service. It was 2 huge trucks + 8 men project and EQ was able to provide me with a bargain price offer compared to the other companies(ended up almost twice cheaper in the end then the other quotes). Company took great care while disassembling/ reassembling our furniture and everything was done in a single business day, which was astonishing due to the size of the project. Nothing got broken, these guys are professionals. Thank you a lot. Will definitely use again.

These guys were fabulous from the moment of setting up an appointment and until the very last minute of the move. I usually don’t post reviews but I was deeply impressed by the job they did for us. EQ moved us all the way to Austin, TX from Staten Island, NY. These guys were not the cheapest but rather unique in the service they offered. They do not subcontract any long haulers or any other companies to finish the long distance move. The crew disassembled, delivered and reassembled an entire 3-bedroom house. I highly recommend Excellent Quality Movers. They were fast, efficient and professional. I certainly plan on using them in the future but hopefully that won’t be a for a good while. Moving is certainly a pain, but this company definitely made the process a bit easier!

Our company has several hundred employees and transport units in Queens. We have been relocating for more than 20 years and perform the whole range of services on a turnkey basis.
We don’t exclude any items for our flat rate moving service. However, we have a general guideline not to move things like live plants, hazardous chemicals, and pets. These restrictions apply to all our moving services, not just our flat rate offer.
Definitely! If you need other moving services, just let us know, and our movers will accommodate you based on availability. However, the extra services outside the fixed rate contract will incur additional costs.
Yes! We understand that life happens, so you can change your move date as needed. Please inform us as early as possible, so our movers can change the dates and prepare for your new schedule.
If there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances, like bad weather or heavy traffic, we will still honor your flat rate fee. We will not charge you extra fees no matter how long the delay is.
