Crew helped me recently with moving commercial space within NYC. I m super satisfied with the service. It was 2 huge trucks + 8 men project and EQ was able to provide me with a bargain price offer compared to the other companies(ended up almost twice cheaper in the end then the other quotes). Company took great care while disassembling/ reassembling our furniture and everything was done in a single business day, which was astonishing due to the size of the project. These guys were fabulous from the moment of setting up an appointment and until the very last minute of the move. I usually don’t post reviews but I was deeply impressed by the job they did for us. EQ moved us all the way to Austin, TX from Staten Island, NY. These guys were not the cheapest but rather unique in the service they offered. They do not subcontract any long haulers or any other companies to finish the long distance move. The crew disassembled, delivered and reassembled an entire 3-bedroom house. Our company has several hundred employees and transport units in Brooklyn. We have been relocating for more than 20 years and perform the whole range of services on a turnkey basis.
We never charge by the hour! We stick to the same flat rate we computed, no matter what the duration of your move is. Your fees won’t change even if we’re stuck in traffic for hours.
If you have concerns over your flat rate calculation, feel free to talk to us. We are more than willing to discuss the breakdown and inclusions with you. Our goal is to make you satisfied and happy with the fee.
Before we provide a flat rate calculation, we will check your belongings to see how many boxes you need. We will also factor in other packaging needs. All of these are already included in our flat rate fee, except if you have a last-minute request on the day of the move.
$0 per piano. We don’t charge you anything extra to move piano! We know exactly how to do as we’ve done it thousands of times! So, we only charge you for time spent and the packing materials. Easy as that!
