Transportation
A convenient commute is another crucial point contributing to the neighborhood’s popularity. A trip to the Wall Street or Financial District will take 15 minutes by subway. Meanwhile, a trip to LaGuardia airport can take only 20 minutes by cab in case there’s no traffic, and 30 minutes to JFK airport under the same circumstances.
Take the B or D train to get to Grand, and F to reach 2nd Avenue. The F train will also take you to East Broadway; J or Z to Bowery. If you need to get to the Wall Street, it may take you 22 minutes by train, and 9 minutes by car.
